Note :
The Manitoba Party may refer to two -unrelated- parties. The first party to go by that name ran unsuccessfully in the 1999 Manitoba general election. After failing to win seats the party shortly disbanded thereafter. The more recent Manitoba Party was formed in September of 2015 in preparation of the 2016 general election. Despite having the same name both parties appear to be unrelated to one another.
The current Manitoba Party is observed as a right of center party focused predominantly on instituting provincial tax cuts.
